Students dive deeper by analyzing where their misconceptions came from, examining how media and limited experiences shape cultural assumptions, then conduct interviews with their partner class to understand everyday life, values, and diversity within that culture. They evaluate patterns in what was myth versus fact and reflect on why certain stereotypes persist.

Students conduct research on relaxation and stress-relief strategies in their own communities and compare findings with international classrooms through surveys and interviews. They analyze different approaches to mental and physical health recovery after the school year, create comparative reports, and participate in reflection forums to understand how various cultures and age groups approach reloading and rejuvenation.

Students interview classmates and family members about what childhood means to them, then analyze the responses to identify common themes about play, learning, and rights that matter most to children worldwide. They prepare findings to discuss live with their partner class.

Students create a simple written or illustrated profile about themselves, their family, and their local culture, then exchange these with partner classrooms to read, compare, and share what they discover about each other's worlds. They discuss similarities and differences they notice in a class conversation or written reflection.

The guest teachers will teach grade 7 SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Rimba Junior High School, Indonesia. The guest teachers teach students to learn about simple present tense about their daily routines, cultural activities, and personal experiences through Zoom. They create a collaborative digital presentation or shared document that combines sentences from all participating classrooms, then reflect together on how their daily lives are similar and different across cultures.

Students create a visual or written introduction of their favorite local activities, hangout spots with friends, and beloved local foods, then share these with a partner class to discover what kids around the world enjoy doing in their own communities. They compare similarities and differences in how young people spend their free time across different places.

Students write individual letters introducing themselves and their school to pen pals in other countries, sharing what a typical day looks like, their favorite subjects, and what they find unique about their school. They receive letters back and create a shared comparison chart showing similarities and differences in school systems across their partner classrooms.

Each class chooses one concrete change they can make to feel more welcoming, such as creating a welcome poster, rearranging a reading space, or starting a daily greeting ritual. Students carry out their change, document it with photos or drawings, and share results with their partner class to show what difference their action made.

Students will collaborate with peers from another country to explore language, culture, history, and everyday life. They will introduce themselves and their school, share simple information about their country and culture, and learn about similarities and differences between the two communities. Through English communication, students will practice reading, writing, speaking, and presentation skills. They will also explore basic topics from Social Studies, History, and Art by creating drawings, posters, short presentations, or cultural cards. The project will encourage teamwork, creativity, cultural understanding, and respectful communication between students.

Students pair with international partners to share and teach essential vocabulary and everyday expressions from their native language through interactive exchanges. They create simple word cards, practice pronunciation together via video calls, and record themselves using new words to build mutual language awareness and cultural appreciation.

Introducing Our Community: A Cross-Cultural Exchange Project Students will work collaboratively to introduce their local community by creating brochures and digital resources highlighting local landmarks, culture, traditions, and everyday life. Through Padlet, students will exchange their work with a partner school, compare each community's characteristics, and discuss similarities and differences. They will present their projects, ask meaningful questions, and provide feedback to their international partners, fostering intercultural understanding, communication, and global citizenship.
