Trek Tales: Trekking Stories from Around the World Today, we were treated to some incredible stories from across the globe, as participants from Russia, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and India shared their trekking adventures and love for nature. From walking across glass bridges to discovering peaceful lakes, climbing mountains, and visiting ancient pagodas, every story was unique. Students took us to Lake Baikal in Russia, the deepest and largest lake in the country, while another shared the beauty of Myanmar’s pagodas, waterfalls, and peaceful villages. We also enjoyed Mexico’s interesting places and learned about Sudan’s treasures, especially the mighty Nile River, which nourishes the land and people. Each of these stories showed us just how diverse and beautiful our world really is. They reminded us that despite the distances between us, we are all connected by our shared love for nature.
