International Exchange Project

I am teaching 1st grade English at Gunsan middle school in South Korea. During the free semester system's elective subject time, I would like to conduct international exchange classes with foreign students. There are 2 classes with 28 and 27 students respectively. It's about 17 weeks long, and I want to proceed with self-introductions, introducing one's own country's culture and arts, and exchanging letters and snacks.
