Purposes of the Pen Pal Project: 1. Connecting Students: The project involves pairing students from different countries as pen pals. This allows them to exchange letters, emails, and messages to learn about each other's lives, cultures, and perspectives. 2. Cultural Exchange: Pen pals activities encourage cultural exchange and understanding among students. They can share information about their traditions, customs, holidays, daily routines, and more. 3. Language Practice: Through writing to their pen pals, students can practice their language skills in a real-world context. They can also learn new vocabulary and expressions from their pen pals' letters. 4.Developing Communication Skills: Pen pal activities help students develop their communication skills including writing,reading,and social skills.
