프로젝트 활동
School Day Around the World
Students share their own school schedule (start time, breaks, end time, term dates) and learn about partner schools' calendars through a live video call. They ask questions about why schedules differ and discuss how climate and culture might shape school hours and holidays.
Gather and Map Calendar Data
Students work in small groups to collect detailed calendar information from their partner schools using a shared digital document (term dates, break lengths, school hours, holidays). They organize the data in a simple table and begin spotting patterns across the four countries.
Analyze Patterns and Create Visual Charts
Students compare the calendar data across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Bhutan, discussing how geography, climate, and culture influence school schedules. They create a visual chart or infographic showing the key differences and similarities, integrating insights from all partner classrooms.
Present Findings and Reflect on Learning
Students present their visual charts and explain what they discovered about how South Asian countries structure their school year differently. They reflect on how working with international partners helped them understand their own school calendar in a new way.
