Exploring Indian History and Hindi Basics

Students explore key periods and figures in Indian history through images, videos, and short stories, then discuss what they find interesting and surprising. They record initial observations and questions to share with the partner class.

Students research and collect historical events from their own country and India, then work in small groups to create a visual timeline or word chart comparing the two. Groups prepare their work to exchange asynchronously with the partner class.

Students learn and practice basic Hindi greetings, numbers, and everyday words through interactive lessons and games. They record short video or audio messages introducing themselves in Hindi and respond to similar messages from the partner class.
