What Makes Our Culture Special?
Students explore five key aspects of their own country—food, music, festivals, sports, and daily life—through research, interviews with family members, and class discussion. They gather images, stories, and interesting facts to understand what makes their culture unique.
Design and Create Culture Posters
Students work in small groups to design colorful posters that showcase the five cultural elements they researched, using drawings, photos, captions, and creative layouts. Each poster tells the story of their country's culture in a way that will engage and teach students from other countries.
Exchange Posters and Compare Cultures
Students share their completed posters with partner classes around the world using the Class2Class platform. They view posters from other countries, ask questions, and compare cultural similarities and differences through guided reflection and peer feedback.
Reflect on Global Connections
Students present what they learned about their own culture and the cultures of their partner classes, discussing how the exchange helped them understand the world differently. They reflect on similarities, celebrate differences, and share how this experience changed their perspective on global diversity.
