Students create and record one creative piece each week throughout the 6-week project, such as plays, songs, poems, or stories. They share their weekly recordings with their Class2Class partner classroom, watch what peers from around the world created that week, and exchange simple messages about what they enjoyed in each other's work.

This July we celebrate World Youth Skills Day with a mission. The question is for everyone: What can you do so well that you would teach it to the world? We all know how to do something worth sharing: drawing, cooking, coding, braiding hair, telling stories, solving problems. Talk about it in class, create something that teaches that skill, and share it on the Board. Then explore what students in other countries know how to do. One question, three steps, and your classroom connected to the world. Note: When sharing photos or videos, we suggest protecting children's identities, for example, by showing their hands, their work, or filming them from behind. Children's privacy comes first.

Students research their country's traditional dessert, gather photos or simple video clips, and create a 1 to 2 minute introduction video explaining what it is, why it matters to their culture, and what makes it special. They exchange videos with partner classes during July to discover desserts from around the world.

Students collect photos, videos, or digital artifacts from their summer vacation and share them in a collaborative Google Slides presentation with international peers. They describe how they used digital tools creatively during their summer and exchange reflections about their digital experiences with classrooms from different countries.

Students from different countries exchange personal perspectives on how the U.S.-Iran conflict affects human rights in their communities through recorded video testimonies and collaborative digital mural. They analyze similarities and differences in how their cultures view the conflict, engage in reflection forums to build empathy, and create a shared presentation celebrating diverse viewpoints on global human rights issues.

Students create illustrated stories and collect images of their school traditions, daily routines, and special spaces, then share these with partner classrooms internationally through a collaborative digital gallery. They explore and compare peer contributions, celebrating similarities and differences in how students experience school around the world.

Students create a digital presentation showcasing their country's food, festivals, songs, and dances, then exchange and explore presentations from partner classrooms worldwide. They reflect on similarities and differences, celebrating the diversity of global cultures and building connections with international peers.

🌍 Online Collaboration Class via Zoom (May) We are planning a short online collaboration class via Zoom to promote international exchange and cultural understanding between students. 🕒 Duration: Approximately 26–30 minutes 📅 Schedule: During school hours in May 🎯 Main Theme: “Guess the Animal or Person” 📋 Program Schedule 1. Opening Remarks (2–3 minutes) Greetings and brief introduction by teachers from both schools 2. Quiz Time – Hosted by South Korean Students (5 minutes) “Guess the Animal or Person” interactive quiz 5. Students research a local festival from their city and create a visual presentation (poster or slides) introducing it to international classmates. They practice speaking in English by presenting their festival as cultural ambassadors, sharing traditions, food, and activities, then engage in live dialogue with peers from other countries by asking and answering questions about each other's celebrations.

Students research and compare books popular in their own country with those loved by international pen pals, analyzing themes, cultural values, and storytelling traditions through letter correspondence. They create a comparative presentation or podcast episode examining how different cultures approach similar themes in literature and what these choices reveal about each society.

This is a special session designed for students who are participating in an international exchange class for the first time. Through this project experience, we aim to plan and develop future international exchange classes. The session will be held for one hour on April 3, 2026, from 13:30 to 14:30 (Korea Standard Time). Students create and share personal narratives or short videos explaining how one traditional cultural element from their country has influenced their contemporary identity. They participate in live or asynchronous discussions with international peers to discover common patterns in how cultures evolve and what values remain constant across generations.

This project aims to promote global understanding among students through cultural exchange activities. Students will explore different countries by creating national flags with eco-friendly materials, learning and sharing parts of national anthems, preparing presentations about daily life, food, landmarks, and traditions, and participating in an interactive cultural quiz. The project encourages collaboration, creativity, and global awareness among partner schools.
