Students take or find a special photograph connected to their home and write a short caption explaining what makes it meaningful to them. They share their photo and story on the Class2Class platform to see how classmates around the world define and celebrate home.

Students will be able to identify and describe what home means to them through a personal photograph and story, recognizing how different cultures celebrate home.

Photograph and Story Creation

Students find or take a meaningful photograph connected to home and write a short caption (2-3 sentences) explaining what makes it special. They think about emotions, memories, and cultural details that make their home unique.

Durata: 50 minuti

Global Photo Exchange and Comparison

Students share their photo and story on the Class2Class platform and explore photographs from their partner class. They read peers' stories, notice similarities and differences in how different cultures celebrate home, and write brief reflections on what they learned.

Durata: 35 minuti

Celebrating Our Homes Around the World

Students present their photograph and share their home story with the class, explaining what they discovered about how home is celebrated differently across cultures. They reflect on new perspectives they gained from their global peers.

Durata: 15 minuti

When teaching the topic of home, most students think about the pictures in text book. For them, "Home" is just an English word but through this project students realize that "Home" refers to not only the object but also the feeling in mind.
