Due to the rising concerns around: Cyberbullying, Screen addiction, Mental health issues, Exposure to harmful content, Declining academic focus. Our project discuss about these issues and how to overcome it. Focusing on the UNSDG #3: Good health and well-being of the students.

Identify negative effects of social media (distraction, cyberbullying, stress, misinformation, sleep issues).

Analyse the impact of social media on academic performance, focus, and time management.
Evaluate online content to spot misinformation and unrealistic or manipulative content.
Practice responsible digital behaviour (respect, privacy, kindness).
Develop healthy social media habits (boundaries, screen-time balance).
Reflect on personal social media use to support well-being and positive relationships.
