Students write descriptions of their own appearance and personality, which partners abroad read and use to draw a portrait of them without seeing a photo. Students then share their partner's portrait on Padlet, present it to the class, and reflect on how art and written communication can bring classrooms from different countries closer together, contributing to a shared digital gallery of international friendship portraits.

Student teams co-create a full educational comic that explains a complicated concept through a character-driven story using dual coding principles, drafting, illustrating, and refining it with feedback from the partner class. They present the finished comic in a live video exchange where both classes discuss its explanatory power.

Introducing Our Community: A Cross-Cultural Exchange Project Students will work collaboratively to introduce their local community by creating brochures and digital resources highlighting local landmarks, culture, traditions, and everyday life. Through Padlet, students will exchange their work with a partner school, compare each community's characteristics, and discuss similarities and differences. They will present their projects, ask meaningful questions, and provide feedback to their international partners, fostering intercultural understanding, communication, and global citizenship.
