Students will be able to identify and describe verbs they use in everyday speech and writing, comparing them with verbs shared by partner classrooms abroad.

Students will be able to apply Intercultural Communication and Digital Literacy skills to build a shared class-to-class glossary of common verbs with example sentences, collaborating with partner classes to illustrate how each verb is used across languages.

Verb Warm-Up: Spot the Verbs in Our Day

Students introduce themselves to the partner class and list the verbs they used in the last 24 hours, from speech, messages, and texts. The class shares the most surprising verbs they noticed.

Varighed: 30 minutter

Verb Hunt and Cross-Language Glossary Building

In mixed local and partner pairs, students collect 15 common verbs, write example sentences in English and their home language, and compare how each verb is used across languages. They add the verbs and sentences to a shared class-to-class glossary and run a short survey on verb use with the partner class.

Varighed: 100 minutter

Verb Showcase and Reflection Forum

Each class presents its glossary highlights and the key similarities and differences it found between languages. Students end with a short reflection on what they learned about intercultural communication and why verbs matter.
