Projektaktiviteter
Understanding Stress and Calm: Icebreaker Exchange
Students share one thing that makes them feel stressed and one thing that helps them calm down. Teacher facilitates a brief discussion to introduce the topic and help students feel comfortable sharing personal experiences with the group.
Exploring My Personal Stress Relief Methods
Students identify and document their own stress relief techniques through reflection and creative work. They explore why these methods work for them and prepare to share their stories with classmates.
Live Video Exchange: Sharing Stress Relief Stories with Partner Class
Students present their personal stress relief methods and healing performances (such as playing music or singing) in a live video call with the partner classroom. Both classes listen, ask questions, and note similarities and differences in how people calm down across cultures.
Comparing Stress Relief Across Cultures
Students analyze and compare the stress relief methods they learned from their partner class with their own. They work together to identify patterns, similarities, and cultural differences in how people manage stress.
Creating a Shared Calming Techniques Poster
Students collaborate to create a visual poster or list that shows the different stress relief methods from both classrooms. The poster celebrates the diversity of ways people calm down and serves as a resource for both classes.
Healing Performance Showcase: Music, Movement, and Mindfulness
Students prepare and perform a short healing activity such as playing an instrument, singing, dancing, or leading a breathing exercise to demonstrate how creative expression and movement help them calm down. Each student shares their performance (5 minutes each) with the class, then records a short video to send to the partner school so international peers can see and try the same calming technique.
