Service Stories in Simple Past: Peer Interviews and Storytelling
Students interview a peer or community member about a memorable customer service experience, then write and share a short story in simple past tense describing what happened, what colors or details they remember, and what they learned. Partner classes exchange stories asynchronously and discuss how service expectations and communication styles differ across their cultures.
