Projektaktiviteter
How Do We Get Around? A Neighborhood Walk
Students take a short walk around the school or nearby area and observe different ways people travel, such as cars, bikes, and people walking. Back in class, they share what they saw and talk about which ways are best for keeping the air clean.
Design Our Best Car-Free Ideas
Students work in small groups to brainstorm and draw simple pictures of ways their neighborhood could use cars less, such as walking paths, bike routes, or shared rides. Groups share their ideas with each other and with the partner class through a simple shared board or email, then give each other feedback on which ideas work best for their communities.
Show Our Ideas to the School
Students create a colorful poster or display combining their best ideas from all groups and present it to their classmates, families, or school community. They explain one or two ideas they chose and why reducing car trips helps keep the air cleaner.
