Due to the rising concerns around: Cyberbullying, Screen addiction, Mental health issues, Exposure to harmful content, Declining academic focus. Our project discuss about these issues and how to overcome it. Focusing on the UNSDG #3: Good health and well-being of the students.

  • Evaluate online content to spot misinformation and unrealistic or manipulative content.
  • Practice responsible digital behaviour (respect, privacy, kindness).
  • Develop healthy social media habits (boundaries, screen-time balance).
  • Reflect on personal social media use to support well-being and positive relationships.
