Attivita del progetto
Introduce everyday equations with the partner class
Students meet their partner class and share where they already notice numbers and patterns in daily life, such as shopping, travel, and cooking. Together they name a few simple equations they use without thinking about it.
Collect local situations where equations appear
Students investigate their community to find everyday situations involving prices, travel times, or recipes. They write each situation as a simple equation and note what the unknown value is.
Solve real problems and prepare the live exchange
Students choose their best examples, solve the equations step by step, and check their answers with a partner. They prepare a short explanation and digital slides so they can present clearly to the other class.
Live swap: compare and solve equations with the partner class
Both classes meet on a video call to explain their everyday equations, ask questions, and solve each other's problems together. Students compare how similar situations look in different countries and reflect on what they learned.
