Attivita del progetto

1

Introducing the Challenge: Local Context and Global Goals

Students explore a real-world challenge in their own community, research its connection to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and prepare to meet their international partners. They share initial observations, questions, and local perspectives in a brief video or written introduction.

Durata: 40 minuti
2

Collaborative Research and Root Cause Analysis

Working in multicultural teams with their partner class, students conduct shared research to understand the challenge from multiple perspectives, identify root causes, and gather evidence. They use forums, shared documents, or video calls to compare local contexts and exchange findings.

Durata: 110 minuti
3

Evaluating Solutions and Cultural Perspectives

Teams analyze innovative approaches and solutions from both contexts, assess their feasibility and cultural fit, and gather feedback from community members or stakeholders. They create a comparative analysis of what works in each setting and why.

Durata: 85 minuti
4

Co-Designing and Prototyping a Culturally-Responsive Solution

Students work in their international teams to design an innovative, actionable solution that addresses the challenge in both contexts. They create a prototype, implementation plan, and materials ready for pilot or launch in their communities.

Durata: 85 minuti
5

Presenting Solutions and Reflecting on Impact

Teams present their co-designed solution, implementation plan, and evidence of feasibility to their communities, partner class, and peers. They reflect on what they learned about collaboration, cultural responsiveness, and their role as agents of change.
