Objetivos de aprendizaje
The project focuses on three core objectives:
Vocabulary building — Children learn to identify and name the most common fruits in English (e.g., apple, banana, pear).
• Basic communication — Pupils practice asking and answering simple questions such as “Do you like…?” with the responses “Yes, I do” or “No, I don’t.”
• Personal expression — Students are encouraged to say whether they like or don’t like certain fruits, helping them connect the language to their own experiences.

Presentation
Teachers introduce the project to the students, explaining that they will learn new English words and practise speaking with children from other countries.
Students begin by identifying and naming the most common fruits, using flashcards, pictures, and a variety of classroom games. Through repetition and playful activities, they gradually become familiar with the new vocabulary.
By watching short videos, pupils can easily learn how to ask and answer the question “Do you like…?” in a fun and engaging way. They practise responding with “Yes, I do” or “No, I don’t”, and they start expressing their own preferences with growing confidence

Teachers plan to organise online meetings to encourage young students to speak English and to meet children from other countries and language backgrounds. Even though the pupils speak different languages, English becomes the key that allows them to communicate with one another.
