This project involved a cultural exchange between students from Honduras and India. The students engaged in virtual interactions to learn about each other's countries, cultures, traditions, and tourist attractions, fostering a global perspective and cross-cultural understanding.

The teachers connected through Class2Class.org to initiate the collaboration.
Together they coordinated the structure of the project, ensuring an enriching learning experience for the students.
They anticipated and managed key challenges, such as time differences, to ensure a smooth organization of the project.

Step 2: Preparation

Teachers prepared their students for the upcoming cultural exchange.
Students were briefed on what to expect and how to engage respectfully with peers from another country.
Both classes gathered information about their own country's culture, traditions, and tourist attractions to share.
Teachers worked together to find a suitable time for the virtual meeting, overcoming the time difference challenge.
A date and time were set for the cultural exchange session.

The classes connected via video call.
Students from both countries introduced themselves.
They shared information about their respective countries, cultures, and traditions.
Students engaged in a Q&A session, asking insightful questions about each other's countries.
Teachers facilitated meaningful conversations between the students.
Topics included daily life, school experiences, local customs, and popular attractions in each country.
Students were encouraged to identify similarities and differences between their cultures.

After the exchange, teachers led their respective classes in a reflection session.
