Fase:Presentación y difusión
Step 1: Preparation
- Teachers present the project, explaining its objectives and purpose.
- Guide the students to create a list of the athletes from their school they would like to interview.
- Organize the students into teams and assign one athlete to each team.
- Help the students formulate questions for their interview, such as:
- a) What sport do you play?
- b) How long have you been playing?
- c) What values have you learned through this sport?
- d) What is your favorite moment when practicing it?
- Support the students in practicing their communication skills so they are prepared for the interview.
Step 2: Interview Process
- Divide the class into small reporting teams of 2 to 3 students.
- Assign roles within each team: interviewer, photographer, and note-taker.
- During the interview with the school athletes, students document their stories and capture photographs.
- Guide the students to share their interview on the project board of the platform.
- Help the students prepare for the video call, where they will briefly present their findings.
Step 3: International Exchange
- Organize a video call with the partner class.
- Students present their findings to the international class, following this structure:
- a) Each team presents the interviews conducted with the athletes.
- b) An exchange of questions between both classes is encouraged.
- c) Similarities and differences in sports values are highlighted.
- Students share their learnings about sports practices in different cultures.
- To conclude, the group reflects on how sports can unite people beyond borders.
