The project aims to improve reading comprehension and pronunciation skills while building global connections. Here’s how it works: Introduction Session: We will have a virtual meet-and-greet with students from another school to get to know each other and discuss the importance of reading. Reading Activity: Students will read an A2-level passage, focusing on pronunciation. Comprehension: After reading, they'll answer questions to show their understanding and discuss their answers with their peers. IndiaSession 1-Level 2: Read, Reflect, and Connect Project by The Change Makers @Class2Class.org I just had a wonderful session with Tr Vathsala Nayer Vaths 's class students. We introduced a new project on reading,focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).. We discussed how poverty affects many people worldwide. Together, we learned about the importance of basic support systems like free schools and hospitals, and equal access to technology. We also had fun practising our English vocabulary. Students participated well and even framed sentences about poverty. Great teamwork, everyone! Session 2- Level 2 Read, Reflect, and Connect - The Change Makers @Class2Class.org What an inspiring session we had today, connecting hearts and minds from India, Bangladesh, Russia, Taiwan,Myanmar and beyond! Together, we explored the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals and how each of us can make a difference in this world. I am so proud of the students and teachers who joined, shared their thoughts, and participated in the quiz. This session was filled with positive energy, and it’s clear that we are all learning, growing, and building a better future together. A huge thanks to everyone for their dedication and enthusiasm. Keep raising awareness about the SDGs, and let’s continue working towards a brighter, more sustainable world! Session 3- Level 2 - Read, Reflect and Connect- The Change Makers@www.Class2Class.org Students from Turkey and Indonesia , had a wonderful time reading about health, well-being, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) now! They practiced reading about the SDGs and learned about important global issues like poverty and equal access to technology. We ended the session with a fun quiz game.Overall, it was a great learning experience. Proud of our 5th-grade students from Tr Burcin's class for their reading tough words.
