Students introduce their favourite FIFA World Cup 2026 player in a fun, low-pressure way, sharing the player's name, country, and one reason they admire them. This helps everyone get excited about the topic and discover the range of players their classmates love.

Students dive into research to learn their chosen player's background, playing style, key achievements, and cultural significance. They gather facts and personal reflections to build a rich profile they can share with the partner class.

Explore Global Player Choices and Patterns

Students review presentations from the partner class and compare player choices across countries. They discuss what patterns emerge, for example which regions favour certain playing styles or which players inspire young people worldwide, and reflect on what these choices reveal about different cultures.

I was delighted to see how surprised my students were, as this was their first experience in a cultural exchange. I would have liked them to prepare their own materials to share; however, we must ensure that we cover the content established by the Ministry of Education.
