Due to the rising concerns around: Cyberbullying, Screen addiction, Mental health issues, Exposure to harmful content, Declining academic focus. Our project discuss about these issues and how to overcome it. Focusing on the UNSDG #3: Good health and well-being of the students.

- Identify positive effects of social media (communication, learning, creativity, connection).
- Identify negative effects of social media (distraction, cyberbullying, stress, misinformation, sleep issues).
- Explain how social media affects emotions and mental well-being (self-esteem, peer pressure, comparison).
- Analyse the impact of social media on academic performance, focus, and time management.
- Evaluate online content to spot misinformation and unrealistic or manipulative content.
- Practice responsible digital behaviour (respect, privacy, kindness).
- Develop healthy social media habits (boundaries, screen-time balance).
- Reflect on personal social media use to support well-being and positive relationships.
