Students will be able to identify and describe essential phrases, cultural communication tips, and language learning needs shared by their partner classroom across different languages.
Students will be able to demonstrate intercultural communication by applying creative language activities and cultural insights in a collaborative design of their multilingual guide.
Students will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their multilingual guide based on partner feedback and assess how well it supports language learning and cultural understanding across both languages.
Students will be able to design and create an innovative, refined multilingual communication guide that combines their ideas with partner perspectives, then propose how other classrooms can use it to build language and cultural bridges globally.

Welcome to Our Languages: Icebreaker & Class Introduction
Students introduce themselves and their home language through a short video or voice message, sharing a favorite phrase, greeting, or cultural communication custom. They watch their partner class's introductions to build familiarity and excitement for the project.
Explore Language Needs & Design Your Guide
Students interview their partner class (via a shared form or short video exchange) to learn which phrases, expressions, and cultural communication tips would help them most. They analyze the responses and sketch out the structure and content of their multilingual guide, deciding which sections to include (greetings, classroom language, cultural tips, fun activities).
Create & Test Your Multilingual Guide Together
Students design and build their guide (using slides, a document, or a digital poster) with English and their home language side by side, including phrases, cultural communication tips, and at least one creative language activity. They prepare to teach a sample activity during a live video call with their partner class.
