Actividades del proyecto
Who Are We? Introduce Ourselves and Our Cultures
Students share their names, families, and one favorite cultural tradition or food from their own lives. Use a quick video introduction or drawing to help students feel comfortable and excited to learn about each other's cultures.
Discover Nigeria: Research and Collect Cultural Stories
Students research Nigerian traditional foods, clothing, music, festivals, and daily life using online resources and family interviews. They gather photos, drawings, or short written descriptions and organize them into a shared digital folder or document.
Create Your Culture Gallery: Prepare Materials for Exchange
Students arrange their collected Nigerian materials into a visual digital gallery or slideshow. They write short captions explaining what each item means and why it is important to Nigerian culture.
Live Cultural Exchange: Share and Compare with Partner Class
Students present their Nigeria culture gallery to the partner class via video call. They ask questions about the partner class's own cultural traditions and note similarities and differences they discover.
Reflect and Celebrate: What We Learned About Culture
Students reflect on what surprised them, what connections they found between Nigerian and their partner class's cultures, and what they learned about being global citizens. They create a short written reflection or drawing to share.
