Actividades del proyecto

1

MUN Fundamentals & Delegate Placement

Students learn UN structures, committee rules, diplomatic protocols, and delegate responsibilities through interactive instruction and role-play scenarios. They then complete a placement assessment (speaking, critical thinking, MUN knowledge) to determine their country assignment for the simulation.

Duración: 120 minutos
Entrega: Mapa conceptual
2

Country Deep Dive & Diplomatic Briefing

Delegates receive their assigned countries and use the provided Study Guide to research their nation's water policies, foreign policy stance, and position on the water crisis. They prepare talking points and initial statements, then participate in a guided role-play briefing session where they present their country's perspective to the class and receive peer feedback to refine their diplomatic approach.

Duración: 60 minutos
Entrega: Documento de plan de acción
3

Mock Committee & Peer Coaching Sessions

Delegates practice opening statements, parliamentary procedures, and negotiation tactics in a simulated committee setting, then receive structured peer feedback on their diplomatic skills and argumentation. Small group coaching from the Chair and Co-Chair helps refine speeches, build confidence, and prepare for the live negotiation phase.

Duración: 120 minutos
Entrega: Lluvia de ideas
4

Full MUN Conference & Diplomatic Negotiations

Students participate in a complete UNEP committee session across four formal sessions, delivering country speeches, engaging in moderated debates, negotiating bilaterally with delegates from partner classes via live video, and collaborating to draft working papers and a final resolution on the water crisis. The conference concludes with an awards ceremony celebrating exceptional diplomacy and public speaking.

Duración: 240 minutos
Entrega: Juego de roles
