Create an emotion vocabulary chart with words that describe anger, sadness, nervousness, and fear in both English and partner country languages
Share personal stories and draw pictures showing times when you felt each of the four emotions and what helped you feel better
Practice simple breathing and calming techniques as a class and discuss which strategies work best for different emotions
Compare emotion management strategies used by children from partner countries through Padlet and Zoom meetings to discover different cultural approaches
What I'm Good At and My Dream, Show and Tell
Students identify and list 2-3 personal strengths or skills they excel at through self-reflection activities
Each student prepares a show and tell presentation about one talent or ability they are proud of, using visual aids or objects
