Actividades del proyecto
Meet your partner class and map local sustainability challenges
Students meet their partner class by video call, introduce their community, and brainstorm local sustainability challenges they could link to a Sustainable Development Goal. They choose one challenge to investigate.
Research, verify and report your local sustainability story
Student teams find accessible sources on their chosen challenge, check facts and ethics, interview community members where possible, and draft a short news feature with clear SDG links.
Compare local realities in a live class-to-class exchange
Teams share their findings in a live video exchange with the partner class, then compare how issues and solutions differ across both communities and note feedback from partners.
Revise and peer-review features with a shared checklist
Students revise their features using partner feedback, then review each other's work against a shared checklist for credibility, clarity, and impact, sharing reviews asynchronously with the partner class.
Present and broadcast your citizen journalism features
Teams present their final feature in a live class-to-class broadcast, receive feedback from partners abroad, and reflect on what they learned about global sustainability and intercultural communication.
