Actividades del proyecto

1

Kick-Off: Meet Your Global Team & Unpack the Brief

Students meet their international teammates (3 from each institution) via video call, introduce themselves through informal icebreakers, and together review the client brief, key context, and project goals. Each team identifies initial questions and clarifies roles for the sprint ahead.

Duración: 90 minutos
Entrega: Video
2

Research & Context Analysis: Local & Global Perspectives

Teams conduct independent research on the communication challenge (e.g., car-restrictive policies, public health messaging, climate advocacy), analyzing how cultural values, stakeholder concerns, and regional contexts shape the issue. Each sub-team (local institution) gathers insights, then shares findings asynchronously or in a brief call to build a shared knowledge base.

Duración: 240 minutos
3

Co-Design Campaign Strategy & Creative Direction

International teams collaborate synchronously during the slow pressure cooker windows (Mon/Wed/Fri joint sessions, Tue/Thu flexible deep work) to brainstorm messaging strategies, identify target audiences, and sketch creative concepts that balance global best practices with local cultural values. Teams document assumptions, debate trade-offs, and iterate based on peer feedback from both institutions.

Duración: 360 minutos
4

Develop & Refine Campaign Proposal Assets

Teams create the core deliverables: messaging frameworks, visual mockups or prototypes, implementation timelines, and audience segmentation strategies. Work happens both in local sub-teams (leveraging institution-specific expertise) and in joint international sessions, with regular check-ins to align quality and cultural appropriateness across contexts.

Duración: 300 minutos
5

Peer Review & Feedback Loop: Cross-Team Exchange

Teams swap proposals with another international team (or with faculty reviewers), providing structured peer feedback on campaign effectiveness, cultural sensitivity, feasibility, and alignment with the brief. Teams revise their work based on feedback and document how they addressed key comments.

Duración: 150 minutos
Entrega: Formulario de retroalimentación entre pares
6

Final Proposal Pitch & Showcase

Each international team presents their campaign proposal to industry partner representatives, both faculties, and peers in a live or recorded showcase event. Presentations include the communication challenge, proposed solution, creative assets, implementation roadmap, and reflection on how international collaboration shaped their approach. Teams field questions and receive feedback on real-world viability.

Duración: 120 minutos
Entrega: Presentación de diapositivas
