Actividades del proyecto
Kindness Around Us: Getting to Know Each Other
Students share personal stories about a time someone showed them kindness or respect, then learn about their partner class through a short video introduction. This helps everyone feel comfortable and sets the tone for respectful exchange.
Exploring Kindness and Respect in Our Culture
Students research and discuss how kindness and respect are taught in their own families, schools, and Islamic traditions. They gather examples from daily life, moral stories, and cultural practices to prepare their presentations.
Preparing and Sharing Presentations with Partner Class
Students create short, simple presentations (slides or spoken) about how kindness and respect are taught in their culture and daily routines. They watch and listen to presentations from the partner class during a live video call, asking respectful questions and taking notes on similarities and differences.
Comparing Values Across Cultures
Students work in small groups to create a comparison chart showing how kindness and respect are taught in their own culture versus the partner class. They identify common themes and unique practices, discussing what they learned about different approaches to moral values.
Reflecting on Our Global Learning
Students share their comparison charts and reflect on what surprised them, what they have in common with peers around the world, and how understanding different cultures helps them practice kindness and respect. They write or draw their thoughts and discuss as a class.
