Finding Answers Together: Local Questions, Shared Global Discoveries

¿De qué trata este proyecto?

Pupils pick one question from their wall, ask family members and neighbours what they know, and look for simple evidence such as pictures or objects. They report back on the video call and discuss with the other class why their answers differ.

Meet the partner class and pick our wall question

Pupils meet the partner class on a video call, learn each other's names, and choose one question from their class wall they want to find out about. They say in their own words what they want to learn.

Duración: 45 minutos

Ask family and neighbours and gather simple evidence

Pupils use a simple set of interview questions to ask family members and neighbours what they know about their question. They record answers with pictures or small objects and bring them back to class.

Duración: 150 minutos

Compare answers with the partner class on a video call

Pupils share their answers and evidence with the partner class during a live video call. Together they talk about why answers are the same or different in the two communities.

Duración: 75 minutos

Build a shared mural of our findings together

Pupils decide with the partner class which answers and evidence are most reliable and how to show them. They work together to create a collaborative mural of their shared findings.

Duración: 60 minutos

Entrega: Mural colaborativo

Show the mural and talk about what we learned

Pupils present the shared mural to each other on a final video call. They explain one thing they learned and one reason answers can differ.
