As part of our Environment Day celebration, learners explored the lives and contributions of various climate heroes who are making a difference in protecting the planet. Through this activity, students demonstrated international mindedness by understanding global environmental challenges and recognizing efforts from individuals around the world. The final presentations were shared on the Class2Class platform, enabling learners to connect with peers globally, exchange ideas, and reflect on shared responsibilities toward the environment. This initiative not only deepened their environmental awareness but also helped foster global citizenship and meaningful connections beyond the classroom.

This project was very inclusive because Tr. Jhansi provided some choices to participate. We sent videos where we spoke out about our eco heroes though we couldn’t be in the online meeting to discuss it. In the course of making the videos, we learned many things about our environment and climate activists around the world.
