“Purifying Water with Powdered Natto” There is a chapter about natto — the fermented soybeans — that says powdered natto can be used to purify water in some countries. If you know anything about this, my students would like to ask you questions either virtual meeting or Padlet.

Learning Outcomes
We learn our local food Natto has a power to purify water in our textbook. We want to lean
water situation and the Natto powder is really used in other countries.
We learned situation in India from Indian students. They gave us information in texts and also videos. Listening and reading their comments, we learned real situations.
