PLAY WELL, BE WELL - Level 2 Project– Celebrating Sports and Passion! In today’s global session, participants shared inspiring stories about their love for sports and activities: Students from Russia, guided by Tr. Irina Shamshurina, shared their passion for gymnastics and their experiences with physical education classes at school, highlighting a variety of activities. They also spoke about the benefits of dance, emphasizing self-expression and mental well-being, from traditional folk styles to energetic hip-hop. Checkers was showcased for its focus on strategic thinking and skillful competition. The group expressed their appreciation for the shared experiences and Thank you Tr Irina. Students from Russia, guided by Tr. Alexandra Ziborova shared insightful thoughts on how sports play a crucial role in maintaining health .Thank you for your support. Tr. Daniels Aide Okun highlighted the importance of sports and physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reducing stress. He emphasized that sports can be a social activity that fosters discipline and fitness. He also reflected on generational differences, noting how the younger generation has access to vast information and technology, unlike his generation, which relied on limited resources like libraries and television. Inspiring Speech Sir! Thank you Sir Tr. Emi Mubarok ’s student from Indonesia showcased the benefits of cycling . Thank you . Students from India, guided by Tr. Ayyaparaj Sir and Tr Thasneem presented a comparison of martial arts between India and Indonesia, showcasing the life skills and cultural connections gained from these practices. The benefits of football were discussed, including stress management, physical and mental health improvements, and the development of social skills. Students also highlighted Kabadi, a traditional sport of Tamil Nadu, known for promoting physical strength, teamwork, and mental toughness. Students explained the rules of cricket, including details about field setups, types of bats and various balls making the discussion truly fascinating. I take this moment to congratulate Tr. Ayyapparaj Mani Sir for receiving the Best School Award, and he joined the session from the award ceremony in Dubai, which was truly inspiring. Thank you for your support, Sir.
