What is this project about?

I am teaching 1st grade English at Gunsan middle school in South Korea. During the free semester system's elective subject time, I would like to conduct international exchange classes with foreign students. There are 2 classes with 28 and 27 students respectively. It's about 17 weeks long, and I want to proceed with self-introductions, introducing one's own country's culture and arts, and exchanging letters and snacks.

Age group: Under 6,6-8,9-12,13-15,16-18
Project Duration: 4 weeks

Learning Outcomes

Students will develop appreciation and respect for cultural diversity
Students will build international friendships and connections
Students will recognize their role as cultural ambassadors for their country
