April Month Project @www.class2class.org " Healthy Habits" We from India and students from ST Saujana Utama students were working on this project related to promoting healthy habits, which was fantastic! Encouraging healthy habits in any community, especially among children, can have a significant positive impact. We completed the well designed two worksheets by www.class2class.org. Then we gathered today for the discussion on that. The meeting was about making healthy choices for a better life. We talked about how being healthy isn't just about not being sick but also about feeling good both in body and mind. We discussed things like eating well, exercising, and taking care of our emotions. We even shared tips like trying new foods, taking deep breaths to relax, and spending less time on phones.Mathimmalar accepted that she changed herself by not watching her mobile at night. These changes makes us happy. This is the result of our project. We also talked about how important it is for kids to play outside and get enough sunlight for their health. Some students shared their talents, like singing and dancing, which was fun. We also welcomed a new teacher to our group. During their presentation, one student from Malaysia emphasized the importance of physical health, discussing topics such as nutritious eating habits, regular exercise, and adequate rest. Meanwhile, another student delved into the concept of wellness, advocating for practices like mindfulness and self-care to promote overall balance and contentment in life. Both presentations provided valuable insights into maintaining a healthy lifestyle and nurturing holistic well-being. Mathimmalar from my class and one student from Malaysia sang songs which made our session more enjoyable. The game included in this project by www.class2class.org was also very interesting. All students enjoyed playing that. Afterwards, we asked students how they felt about the meeting, and everyone seemed happy and said they liked it. Teachers were happy too, saying online meetings like these are really valuable. Overall, it was a good time learning about being healthy and feeling good together. Thank you Tr Vaths , Teacher from school and amazing Students from Malaysia. Thank you www.class2class.org Jhansi Ravikumar Ambassador www.class2class.org
