Phase:Presentation & Dissemination

Step 1: Discover & Connect
The teacher, Md. Nasim Mia learned about the GlobalLab Challenge from the Class2Class.org rules. Inspired by its potential, he began thinking of ways to engage students in a meaningful and creative way. After evaluating his class, he selected 8 students out of 20 interested participants and divided them into two working groups.

Step 2: Inspire & Prepare
To spark motivation and provide context, the teacher arranged a live Q&A session with the Class2Class.org Team. The students actively participated, collecting valuable information and insights about changemaking and digital collaboration.

Step 3: Develop Ideas
Following the session, the students began developing their concept for a digital platform called Moitrey. They shared their evolving ideas with their teacher, discussed new features such as profile creation, progress tracking, and collaboration tools, and started shaping the core structure of the website.

Step 4: Collaborate & Create
Over the next several days, the team conducted online meetings to finalize their ideas and build a visual presentation using Canva. Discussions happened during breaks, evening walks, or before dinner—whenever they had a moment to collaborate. The students worked intensely and flexibly, driven by their own enthusiasm.

Step 5: Finalize & Submit
The final part involved editing and preparing the official files for submission. Every detail was reviewed, with students demonstrating strong ownership over their work. They submitted a finished product that reflected their creativity, teamwork, and dedication to designing a platform that could connect and empower other young changemakers.
