Phase:Presentation & Dissemination

Step 1: Brainstorm and Identify the Problem
The project began with team discussions about the main barriers in global collaboration—specifically communication, teamwork, and project management. These challenges became the foundation for designing the platform.

Step 2: Design the Concept and Features
The students focused on user experience and began sketching the interface. They included features such as a Meeting Tool, Music Tools, Presentation Tools, Upload Tools, and a Track Tool to support collaboration and project flow.

Step 3: Gather Feedback and Refine
After presenting their initial ideas, the team received feedback to help make the platform more engaging and user-friendly. This led to improvements in layout, usability, and feature design.

Step 4: Create the Prototype and Presentation
With features finalized, the students built a full presentation explaining each function in detail—highlighting real-time interaction, music co-creation, collaborative file sharing, and success tracking. They also explored offline access, notifications, and customizable settings.

Step 5: Reflect and Share Insights
In the final phase, students shared personal reflections on what they had learned. They spoke about how the project helped them grow in resilience, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability—transforming their experience from confusion to confidence.
