Quranic Values in Our Lives: Opening Stories
Students share personal stories and examples of kindness, justice, and community they have witnessed or practiced in their own neighborhoods. Through guided discussion and reflection, they explore how these acts connect to Quranic teachings and prepare to learn from their partner class.
Exploring Local Acts of Kindness, Justice, and Community
Students research and document examples of Quranic values in action within their neighborhoods through interviews, observations, or community visits. They collect photos, drawings, or written reflections showing how people live these values in daily life, building a local gallery of evidence.
Live Exchange: Sharing Stories Across Cultures
Students participate in a video call with the partner class to share their local stories and examples of Quranic values in action. They listen actively to how their peers in another culture practice the same values, ask questions, and note similarities and differences in a shared reflection sheet.
Comparing Values Across Borders
Students analyze and compare the stories and examples shared by both classes, identifying common themes and cultural differences in how Quranic values are expressed. They create a simple visual comparison (chart, drawing, or written reflection) showing what they learned about global and local expressions of kindness, justice, and community.
Celebrating Our Shared Gallery and Reflections
Students compile all photos, drawings, and reflections from both classes into a shared digital or physical gallery. They present key insights about how Quranic values unite people across cultures and reflect on what they learned about intercultural understanding and emotional connection through the project.
