My Fitness Habits Around the World

Compare and Discover Fitness Across Cultures

Students review the partner class's shared habits and work in small groups to find patterns, similarities, and differences. They create a simple comparison chart or visual showing which habits are common everywhere and which are unique to certain countries or cultures, discussing how local life, climate, or values shape wellness choices.
