Project Activities

1

Kick-off: Introduce the manifestations we know and link them to the partner clas

Students share a manifestation they know from their own community and learn about the partner class's context. Together they agree on a shared research framework for comparing manifestations.

Duration: 30 minutes
2

Research one local and one international manifestation

In pairs, students research the history, goals, strategies, and outcomes of one local and one international manifestation. They organize their evidence using the shared framework and note what they think made each one succeed or fail.

Duration: 100 minutes
3

Video call: Compare strategies and judge what worked and why

Students meet the partner class by video call to present their findings and compare strategies across intercultural contexts. Together they discuss why certain approaches worked and evaluate how much manifestations advance social or environmental causes.

Duration: 60 minutes
4

Share conclusions and reflect on the exchange

Each pair presents a short summary of their evaluation to the class. Students then reflect individually on what they learned about intercultural perspectives and their own views on manifestations.

Duration: 50 minutes
