Meet the Birds Around Us

Students explore the school grounds or local area to spot and sketch birds they see. The teacher helps them notice colors, sizes, and behaviors, and they share what they found with the class.

Bird Observations and Partner Sharing

Students photograph or draw the birds they observe and create simple labels with what each bird needs (food, water, shelter, safety). They share their discoveries with the partner class via photos and short descriptions, and compare which birds are similar or different.
