Researching and Comparing Global University Barriers

Students conduct interviews with their international partner class peers about university access in their regions, then analyze enrollment data, costs, and support systems side by side. They create a comparative analysis identifying systemic differences in educational equity between their community and global partners.

Live Exchange: Sharing Insights and Building Understanding

Students participate in a video call with their partner class to discuss findings, ask follow-up questions, and deepen their intercultural understanding of how geography, policy, and resources shape university access differently around the world.

Duration: 60 minutes
Delivery: Video
4

Developing Evidence-Based Recommendations

Students synthesize their research, interviews, and partner-class insights to propose concrete, evidence-based recommendations for improving university access equity in their own region and globally. They prepare a written report or podcast that explains the barriers they identified and their suggested solutions.

Duration: 120 minutes
